Club 4 Life has a wide range of different group classes to offer.  If you are in the mood for an upbeat Group Power class or maybe you need to unwind with yoga, we have it all.  Group classes are a great way to meet people and really focus on your body, inside and out.

GROUP POWER

Group Power is your hour of Power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With these simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!!

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that uses slow fluid movements to ease sore joints and muscles.

YOGA

Reap the many benefits of yoga by taking a class today!  Besides cleansing your mind, you will find that yoga improves many parts of the body.  After just a few classes you will notice an increase in flexibility and cardio efficiency to say the least!  Our instructors will help you focus on the breathing and stretching techniques important to the work out. 

PILATES

Sculpt your body without the bulk. Pilates will help you develop greater muscle strength and tone, as well as lower your stress level.  This is a great way to keep a lean body and even improve your skin and hair!  Don't worry, you need not be an expert, the Club offers classes for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced student. 

AEROBICS

Manage your weight, produce endorphins, and make your heart stronger with an aerobics class today!  Club 4 Life has just the right classes for your aerobic workouts.  You can take it easy with a low impact water aerobics session, spice it up with Latin Dance, or rough it up with a kickboxing class.  Make your move and get on the floor!
