Spa Life is open to the public. Spa Life is located inside Club 4 Life.

To Enhance Your Experience

• It is recommended that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your service.

• Late Arrivals - For the respect of our other spa guests and timelines, the time that you are late may change the duration of your appointment time. Should you choose to cancel your appointment due to tardiness, a 50% charge will apply.

• Showers, robes, and lockers are provided.

• Some treatments require the removal of jewelry. It is recommended that you do not wear jewelry to your appointment. Spa Life is not responsible for valuables or personal belongings.

• The Spa honors a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual services and a 48-hour cancellation policy for packages. To avoid a late cancellation fee or a no-cancellation charge in the event you are unable to make your appointment, your notice will
be necessary, or a 50% charge will apply.

• To help us grow and better satisfy your needs, we appreciate your comments.

• Prolong your Spa experience by retreating to the Spa Lounge prior to or after your service. Relax, read, or enjoy a meal from the club restaurant.

• Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, or gift certificates. Industry standard is 15% - 20% of your service fee.

• A 20% gratuity will be automatically added on for groups of three or more having Spa services.

• Spa Life is open to the public.

• For your convenience, our typical hours of operation are:
Monday-Friday: 10 am - 8 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday: Noon - 4 pm

Spa Gift Certificates are available for spa services or products only
and are nonrefundable. Expired Spa Gift Certificates may require
additional fees due to price changes, and have a 6 month expiration.
